Open House Ticino is a completely free event open to everyone. The tours for the second edition will take place on Saturday, October 24th, and Sunday, October 25th, 2026, and will be led by architects, designers, experts, and volunteers. The program features over 70 buildings and spaces located throughout the Ticino region. Opening hours and tour details are listed in the description for each building or space.
Visits can take place in three ways:
Upon registration: Tours are held in scheduled time slots with a maximum number of participants.
Online reservations are required and can be made by selecting the desired time slot directly from the building’s information page.
Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 5 minutes before the tour begins.
Please note: Even when a time slot is listed as full, last-minute cancellations or no-shows by registered participants may free up spots. You may therefore arrive on-site, but admission is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Free admission, but with limited capacity:
Tours take place during a predetermined time slot, with a maximum number of participants.
No reservation required – Limited capacity. Visitors are registered on-site, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum number of participants is reached.
We recommend arriving on time at the start of the time slot indicated on the building’s information sheet.
Free admission:
The buildings and spaces are open to the public without an appointment during the entire opening hours listed.
No registration is required. Architects, designers, experts, and volunteers will be on hand to guide visitors and provide information.
