Banca Raiffeisen Colline del Ceresio
Celoria Architects, 2023
The new Banca Raiffeisen Colline del Ceresio building forms part of a broader urban regeneration project in the centre of Savosa, aimed at reorganising traffic and returning public space to pedestrians. Its square plan and eight inclined perimeter columns define a volume that opens towards its surroundings, while the ground floor strengthens the continuity between interior and public space. The structure is independent of the internal layout, allowing for long-term flexibility. Sustainability is central to the project: recycled concrete and the efficient use of resources reduce its environmental impact. Certified SNBS Gold and Minergie-P-Eco, the building reinterprets the bank as a transparent, welcoming place open to the community.
