Casa Toschini Ritschel

Casa Toschini Ritschel was built in the late 1970s. Of the four houses presented, it is the only one to have undergone substantial alterations, both externally and internally. It is also the only house that no longer belongs to its original owners. Nevertheless, its original concept of internal organisation and its approach to filtering natural light remain intact. The house is particularly well integrated into a privileged landscape setting, surrounded by abundant greenery despite being located within the village centre of Maggia.
