The project of four contiguous homes in Solduno reorganizes a disorderly urban area along a neighborhood street. Developed on three levels, the units interact thoughtfully with their context. On the intermediate entry floor, porches and courtyards rhythmically mark the entrances. On the ground floor, the living area and kitchen open toward a southern garden and northern courtyards, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Finally, the top floor features intimate spaces oriented toward a large terrace framing the sky and southern alpine landscape, enhancing views and privacy.
